Since i was tested and found out that i have many food allergies, i have excluded the foods I’m allergic to and now i feel so much better.
A GI doctor could help with allergy testing. Maybe a dietician too
You would need a referral and most insurance wound cover the testing !

My friend who is a nutritionist suggested Activated Charcoal and eliminate carbs and sugar for awhile. Her daughter has ulcerative colitis and goes to an alternative dr.

Yes. But it can go away. I do burp a lot and relaxing the stomac afterward. Pretty effective in my case. Do that for 30 years now. At least 15 minutes a day. Good luck.

Yes I tried it. Went to a hypnotherapist but actually don’t think it was worth it. There are lots of on line videos that you try. Much cheaper too. Best one is Michael Mahoney
