Jello Remedy
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have noticed that a few people use Jello as a temporary relief for IBS. Does it help? I am willing to try and give it a go.

Yes. Gelatine contains Glutamine which is good for healing the gut. It must be from a good source though. A better way to have it would be in a good homemade bone broth.

I'm gonna try it. Anyone know how much to eat a day? Before a meal or after? I'm willing to try anything. IBS D has had toooi much control over my life since 1990 and 5 kids later... missed out on alotta kids activities growing up. It's sad😢
