For the gas try a teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water on an empty stomach - first thing in the morning, this works for me xxx

time the gas . I get gas within 20 mn. of eating, then I have to find a bathroom fast. Once I go the gas is gone too. You can also take beano just before a meal that stops the gas but you need to time yourself to make it to a bathroom after a meal.

Yea. I have such a hard time holding it in. IBS D. I feel like. Open in that area. One member said she has some kind of rectal prolapse.... maybe I have that... sometimes I have to poo out mall and by time I get to restroom it's coming out even tho it's not diarreha. I just can't hold it good idea to say pardon me. I'm 49. Suffered since 1990 but gas bad last couple years I shoulda thought of that. Thanks😀
