I'm curious if your eating chicken breast. I can only eat baked chicken breast. The dark meat chicken and skin has more fat. I can't tolerate those. I also learned that leftovers aren't good either. Whenever I was eating anything that was leftover I would get sick. My doctor told me to avoid leftovers or buffets where foods are left out because of bacteria. That helped me!

When I flare up IBS D and bloating cramping sick at tummy I eat a lil ritz crackers or mashed potatoes if it's not a flare I can eat anything except egg salad that flares me bad. My IBS D is stress related since I was 21 till now age 49.

I just remembered as I wrote the grocery list that saltines and plain Original Cheerios got me through 2016. It was kind of my equivalent to jello in the Hospital.

Baked chicken breast, plain rice, corn muffins and water is what I lived on for many months. I lost 60 pounds. The up side is I needed to lose the weight. But I was hungry for a long time!! I hope you find an answer soon. xo
