Could you provide child care in your home to working parents ? You can earn money, stay home and the tax benefits are helpful too. You can deduct many expenses from your income at tax time.

I have been at the same job for over 20 years as an administrator/ director of an early education center. They have been very understanding and I have trained my staff very well if I am not there. I also have the freedom to work at home, on weekends and set my hours. Most employees do not have this option. Some days I do have to call in sick and it makes me feel bad if it is a busy day. This IBS and other situations have made me extra sensitive and patient when my staff are sick or need time off. Have you thought about working from your home ? Some companies allow employees to work at home on the computer a few days a week. Some professions such as medical coders & billingcan work at home. Hope that your place of employment is understanding. The majority of us have to work to make a living but it is difficult when we cannot get off the toilet or are in pain ! Maybe you can research jobs with a career counselor to help you find a position where uou can work around times of flareups ! Hang in there ! 💕

I find mine is not too bad at work. I'm semi retired now although I often do overtime. I've only had flare ups over the past 10 years. I find being active helps, although being overtired doesn't. Keeping a balance is often hard!
