Didn't know that been on thyroxine for years.

Gf has helped a bit; thinking of going sugar free as well.

I've gone gluten free recently I feel its helping so far but so did cutting out all white bread/ pasta ! Its expensive here and you get less of it! But I eat smaller amounts than I used to and light food too much of anything upsets me. The strange thing is a sometimes crave what I know will set my stomach off I has anyone experienced that? I get acid but not often alcohol does that though. So its a lot of peppermint tea for me it does help get the wind up!

just terrible gut problems. Iv got gluten free just to relieve the pain and acid reflux and taken acidophilus

I have Hypothyroidism. I take Levothyroxine but what side effects are you experiencing?
