Ginger or peppermint tea is a must.
I take a specially blended tea I got from a naturopathic clinic. It is a mix of peppermint, licorice root, ginger, marshmallow (herb), lemon balm and fennel. It almost always works to settle my stomach and relieve the bloating.
There is a new product on the market which I started to use on Saturday - Gascon. It is a gel capsule. I take that with Truprobiotic - will see if it works. My GP did not prescribe anything to me last week on my follow up consult so I spoke to the pharmacist whom recommended those two products.

Totally agree,I drink a lot of peppermint tea,and even add a couple drops of my young living peppermint to it,I love my ginger oil and take that as well.
