Yes! But I also miss being young and energetic. At 65 I guess I am doing the best I can. I have 8 grandkids I adire and spoil. We take trips around the corner to Dollar Tree, only three at a time, and they each get 5 things but 1 must be for othes. Its just junk but the smiles on their faces is awesome. I always have to "go" but the understand and wait by the restroom door, sometimes 2 or 3 times :) Good memories.

It's easy for people to say don't worry, don't stress, but they are not you. Try some slow breathing exercises. Have you ever tried mindfulness? There's a great app called Head space

I've had this for so long as well as interstitial cystitis, I can't remember what it feels like to be normal. Always planning trips out of the house around your eating schedule so you dont have to use public bathrooms. When going on vacation, always knowing where gas stations or rest stops are. Not wanting to participate in potlucks, lunchons, or even family get togethers without planning what you can and can not eat/ drink.
People who have not experienced these conditions themselves dont understand you because they cant physicaly see anything wrong with you. Hate it when people tell you to just take a pill or that its all in your head. This is when I hope "KARMA" takes action.

Definitely! To not have to worry about it would be great as you never know when it will rear it’s ugly head.
