I just deal with it as it comes along. If I have to make a run to the bathroom, I go to the bathroom, regardless of where I am, and I always have bathroom spray with me. I make it work, rather than restricting myself.

I just try to find foods that I can eat. Most of the places I goto know there are certain foods I can not eat and will usually make sure there are things I can eat. If I'm going out with friends I may eat something before I go out so I am not starving and try to find something small on the menu that I know I can eat. If I dont eat something before I go out I just make sure I can run home or somewhere else where I feel comfotable to use the bathroom. I still may suffer abit.

Try to watch my food what I put in my mouth. If I eat to much food get sick and get the runs. Also sick for days. Not eating a lot at parties. Ruby

There are usually things I can eat, and I try to find those. I ask for a seltzer water to drink, and hold that while alcohol is being served. But mainly, I advise you not to go hungry. Eat at home before the party, and enjoy the companionship of others and try not to focus on the food. Good luck!
