Yes i have. I never had them until i was diagnosed with ibs and gerd

I also had to have a hysterectomy. I was sick and in horrible pain and I lost to much blood.

I haven't experienced any change in my periods. I've been pretty decent the last few months in terms of keeping my IBS under control, but I'll look out for any noticable changes once I have another flare-up.

I actually had to start birth control to regulate how painful my cramps were. I still find my cramps to be somewhat painful and not always right on time, but it has helped mostly with the regulating.
