I believe internal hemeroids can be painful. Good luck with whatever happens

I can have extreme pain but usually right sided pain. The only time pain affects my rectum is if constipated. Not sure if your doctor is aware of your problems or if you've had any tests but if not I would go and see the professionals and get checked out

I mentioned it before but my Dr said it sounds like internal hemorrhoids or something along those lines. I dont know.. maybe they are? 😖 I really gotta get in to see the gastroenterologist again

I do. My gastrointestinal told me it pressure spasms usually from constpation. This will sound weird but it works and it’s what the doctor told me to do. Fist your hand and sit on it putting the pressure on your anus. It works
