Trying to lose maximum amount of weight but trying to find the safest way to do it, but the fastest way would be good too. I am looking to see if this would work for me, but don't know if it would be okay with IBS, even though it is low carb. But I know that they focus more on fats than anything else, which can be good and bad. Let me know what your thoughts are! Open to suggestions! Because its FRIYAY FRIDAY!

I find the components of that diet in large amounts cause more symptoms. Fats, to much dairy. Higher protein o.k.
try slimming world...really works and gets u set on eating healthy..always feel good on their plan once I avoid the gluten
Never tried to but hear itβs popular. It is best to lose weight slowly and with a well balanced diet. Wish it was easier to lose weight!
