I do not have specific times. I can feel good one minute and then start feeling nauseous the next minute

Years ago it would be in the morning hours. Lately I attacks late at night and last hours and painful.
I know I am going to have an attack once I have gas and start to belch. It stays on the left side of lower abdomen.

2am and on, stops around 7am. Avoid all of trigger foods. I know if I ate something wrong, I don't know all of my triggers yet.
