I have IBS-D and was on medication but I had to stop due to pregnancy and now breastfeeding. My biggest issues are gas and the spasms that send me running for the bathroom. Any suggestions for things to help that are bf friendly???

Could you consult with a nutritionist for dietary advice to help ? More natural approach then medications if you are breastfeeding 💕
