Has Anyone Ever Had Any Luck With A Cleanse?

I am new at this and trying eliminate all the myths, I had a friend mention that if I could find a safe cleansing option that might be able to get things under control.

Once under control, I could live life with everything in moderation. Make sense?

I have not used a cleanse but I think it might be a temporary solution . I am not sure which ones are safe or effective but your doctor could advise you. Hope it helps you out ❤️
