I have had diarreah for 10 days. Trying to get a diagnosis now.

I did for a really long time. Sometimes i still have it more times than i dont. I started taking align probiotics maybe a year or so ago and that was the first time i had a solid bm in years. I also cut out ALL trigger foods. Sometimes i do cheat and i pay the price for it. But align has reallt helped me. It obvioisly didnt solve my IBS but it did ease my symptoms, when you live your life like this you will take any relief you can get.
