Should I Cancel My Gastro Appointment
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

At the minute I'm doing ok apart from the odd belly ache and Joint Pain. I'd rather give up my appointment to see the gastro if I'm generally feeling ok. I don't see any point in going when someone else may need the guys time more than me.

Flare Ups That Last All Day
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else get flare ups from time to time that will last all day or even two days? I'm having a flare up and it started this morning and comes and goes especially after I eat. I've been watching what I eat for a while now. I've cut out all spicy foods, acidy foods too. I've cut back on the red meat and greasy foods. I wasn't nasuous till now. And I will get like hot flashes too. Has this happened to anyone. I'm on hyscomine for the IBS. Probably not spelled correctly.
