Yes, I get the stomach pains of course, nauseous, dizziness, headaches, back pain, among all the other symptoms. I get dizziness at least once a week or more.

I know personally I retain a lot of fluid during my flare ups. But I've gained and I really don't eat much when I do. I've gain up to 20lbs being sick and all I can do is sleep through it.

Yes it's hard to lose or maintain weight I think its inflammation and water retention and when you feel well I take advantage and eat up while I can so that's why I think I have 10 lbs that comes off… read more

I’ve been taking dicyclomine, Bentyl, for many years and it helps. It still can make me tired and I get dry mouth but it’s worth it. I also use Imodium. I also take anti-anxiety meds to stay calm.

Chronic Recurring Constipation

I was diagnosed with IBS in my 20's (I am 58). In the past several months, I get constipated constantly. It's quite uncomfortable, and can days for me to fully empty. I feel nauseous and blocked and sometimes have pain in my left side. Sometimes things will loosen up, thrn the process repeats itself. My last conoscopy they said I have a tortued colon. I am due another procedure in December. I am worried this is something serious. Anyone experience this?

Zofran as needed, carafate to coat my stomach.

I Typically Take Immodium. If Taken Too Often Will It Stop Working Or Will I Have To Keep Taking More For It To Work?

Hi! I'm 19 years old and I was diagnosed with IBS a few weaks ago. Almost everday I have nauseas and abdominal pain and I get so bloated. My medication isn´t working and I'm just so worried because due to all of this I´ve been feeling really ansious about it in the past days. Any tips? Anyone with nauseas too?

Doctor prescribed Zofran and it really works for naseous. Small pill dissolved under tongue.
