Yes. I am also diabetic. Lack of sleep can cause a flare-up.

Yes,quite often,so I am a bit obsessed with avoiding them.

Yes. When I get a cold ,I get extreme bloating and gas. It usually comes on even a few days before the cold! I am so uncomfortable I cannot do anything and have trouble keeping appointments. Because of it I am less productive ,and have decreased social relationships and activities. In addition, the symptoms can last through the cold and I am miserable. As I get older(now 68 years), the condition and my immune system is getting worse. I just feel bad that the quality of my life isn't better because I'd like to enjoy life and do more projects.
