Try Mag O7 instead of Linzess.You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe.It's a life saver I started on it 5 capsules the first night and then four and down to three and from three i went to two so i'm at three some nights and two.You have to see which amount works the best for your body.I was on Linzess and it put me in the donut hole so i had to find something and this is as good as that.I also take IBGard before every meal(30 min )My life is so much better without the pain.I have put a lot of time into this I hope you try this it really has helped me.

It has helped me tremendously! I actually came across it when doing a clinical study for over a year. I still have episodes once in a while. I have also found out from being in the Medicare drug donut hole that Linzess as well as any similar drug for IBS C is so very expensive. During this time for 3 months, I take the pill every other day and I have been lucky to be pain free some of the time. Miralax has helped at times.
