Yes. HAVE IBS D. Also panic attacks. IBS D I take Imodium and have it in my purse at all times. Pads for back towards bum. Bentyl prescribed anti spasmatic med. Valium for panic attacks. Flushable wipes for accidents when out.

Get palpitations and panic if I have to go anywhere, stay at home most of time, I am in my 70s, so don't work, when I get a flare up I rest, sleep, eat very little, drink lots of water, it spoils my life as I never know when it will happen.

Oh yes all the time. Wear pad back there. Keep flushable wipes in purse. Take anti diarreha meds but still nervous as heck to go out

Yes.
But sometimes you have to go at once.
So it is better to know where the toilets are before you need them.
It's better to be safe than sore.

If i go out I have to know where every toilet is.... kinda kills the fun of actually going out
