I've suffered on and off with tachycatdia. They doctors have noticed this when I've had surgery or a procedure that requires sedation. It doesn't always present on an ecg but has done on occasions. Yeah I used to get exactly this too, the pins and needles out of nowhere used to really freak me out. I stopped eating processed foods, anything with sugar, gluten, lactose, salt or additives and it stopped within a week.
I get pins and needles and cramp mine is my cholesterol tablets they have a side effect I can't stop taking them my cholesterol will go up again
