Hi I have burning like that and burning inside too, I described my symptoms to the doctor I saw at the hospital and he arranged a sehat test for me . I have been diagnosed with bile acid malabsortion at 6% , when I read up on this it says most people with IBS could have this . The medication for it isn't very nice it's like drinking wallpaper paste I am waiting for this to be changed to something else as I am having awful painful side effects.

Using Huggies, or Pamper Wet ones really are more soothing then Toilet paper which just irritates after a while and doesn't clean properly. (Just don't flush down the toilet). Then apply some soothing cream, or lotion afterwards on a piece of Toilet paper.
