How Do The Ladies Out There Deal With Migraines And IBS Flair Ups During Your Period?
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with peri-menopause and the last couple months have been brutal. I've missed work because of my migraines and nothing slows the IBS down at all. I get very down sometimes with this because it is an unseen disease. And if you don't have it others don't understand what you go through. I can be fine for a week and then bam. Episodes are horrible.

Your so right people who don't have this disease don't know what it's like to go through the pain and vomiting and abdominal cramps and only able to see us not feeling well. Hugs
