I am working with a Functional Medicine physician and trying to use minimal prescription drugs.
I think it’s just trial and error it takes a longtime but it’s worth it in the end but the stress part of it I can’t control if I’m stressed I don’t go out most of my IBS was caused by my big tummy opp it was burnt away by acid reflux I now use apple cider vinegar and honey with soda water as a drink no more acid and I think it’s helped my IBS as well sorry I can’t be of more help you all take care love anita x
Anita Bryant...it took me about a year too! I eat healthier than I ever did...I have lost a lot of weight...have you.? I have found out if I eat to late in the evening my stomach is terrible the next morning! The holidays was bad...bite here..just a bite of this...! Happy New Year!
My IBS was caused by a big tummy opp I can’t eat anything with additives or perservits in or high in fat so it makes me eat pretty healthy but at first I wrote down everything that upset my tummy it took about a year before I realised what was upsetting my tummy now I’m not to bad I do suffer with stress and that brings it on as well but most of the time I’m okay now hope this helps anita x
I am so glad that I am not the only one who can find no correlation between what I eat and more specifically the time I eat it and when it affects my bowel....if it affects it. If is driving me nuts. I have been keeping a food and movements diary for weeks now.
