B12
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

Has any one tried.

Natural vitamin B12.

Reading a book by Author David Brownstein, MD.
Book title is
Heal Your Leaky Gut

B12 helps clear up constipation, diarrhea and bloating after meals.

Just wondering if it works for helping with IBS.

I take b12 , but don,t know as it helps be. I B guard helps me more than anything, along with a probiotic. These two really help.

When I take a B12 shot once a month and it has no effect on my constipation whatsoever the B-12 pills do not work unless they're the ones you put under your tongue those sublingual and they aren't going to help with constipation I will tell you that I've been taking B12 shots for about 15 years
