I went to acupuncture for a chronic right lower quadrant pain and the D phase of my IBS. I ended up with 95% less pain but constipation for a year. Maybe I needed to go back for an adjustment, but I just managed it for the year.

I use acupuncture for a back problem. On occasion it seems to help the IBS until I has diverticulitis.

Yes, I did acupuncture. I noticed a slight improvement but it was expensive and I had to stop treatment. :(
