I want to know if & what your saving grace has been ! Change in diet ? Excersice routine ? Let me know - ive been in a rut with this for several weeks - never expiernced this long of a flare up but it hasnt been the worst - not even close

I eat very little meat these days and started going to exercise class.I have good and bad days.I take apple cider vinegar twice a day,probiotics and vitamins. Yes

Been suffering over a month now , eliminated dairy ,red meat , bread , fizzy drinks , eggs , cereal .
Been eating Sushi , Zuchini Fritters on a bed of spinach ,
Dry Biscuits ,Peppermint Tea and Mintec .
Still fatigued but no pain .
It’s been rugged but complete change of diet has worked .
I have lost a good deal of weight .Hopefully what I am writing will help someone else as it has worked .

Find your triggers and eliminate I have just had an episode after a remission of 5 years so I know first is all dairy

Complete diet change ,no dairy ,lots of green vegetables and salads ,no sugar , no meat some chicken and fish . It has been 6 weeks today first day of feeling optimistic about life ,I took away my stressors as well and relaxed as much as possible only medication Mintec and finallly Prunelax .One of the foods that helped was Sushi strange as that may seem .
