Does Anyone Else Get Body Aches When There IBS Is Flaring Up?

I was just wondering does anyone experience body aches and fatigue with IBS? Last night after I went to sleep I started having body aches and was like NO!! I can.t get sick... I did have a flare up yesterday and it when on all day and apparently through the night with the aches and then this morning too. I've been on a light diet since yesterday. Just curious if body aches is normal. I feel so sleepy and run down

Yes after an IBS-D episode 6 or so trips to the loo
In half an hour feel Exhausted 😩 Inflamed tummy
It’s been happening every day now
And too afraid to venture out for special occasions
And can’t eat while out
And today Christmas Eve and tomorrow it’s Christmas 🎄
And both days we will be out at family gatherings 😳🤭

It’s a case of Will I be able to go or not 🤔😏😒

I feel tired all the time with body aches too. After a flare up of diarrhea I am especially tired. From what I habebread and discussed with my GI doc I think I have fibromyalgia along with my IBS. The two go hand and hand! I have muscle and joint pain all the time and I’m only 50! Places are so sore that I feel I should be black And blue but aren’t. Dr says ibs and fibromyalgia are so much alike in that they are hard to diagnose and treat!
