I get acid reflux really bad in the winter. Not as bad as it used to be but still not nice. My doctor told me to sleep upright. I have a backrest which was my grandads to help sit up in bed. This did help quiet a bit

I was having this problem, but I take dexilant and it has been great for me. I also deal with IBS and celiac disease allergic to gluten. Hope this helps

Yes, I also have acid reflux along with my IBSD. I do think it is common for the two conditions to be related.
