Can toxic thoughts and emotions cause digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel syndrome
My son passed 3 years ago of an OD. Ever since then I've had IBS issues.
Most times, after moving my bowels I have the constant feeling of still having to go. I do go a lot but it takes many bowel movements until the feeling goes away. It is miserable. I am happiest on days when I don’t go at all!
Can anyone else identify with this and is there anything that helps. Thanks.
Mine too. Constipation for almost 2 weeks, and then diarrhea for a week. I suffer from migraine as well. I am afraid I'm going to get fired. 😒
Has anyone done bowel retraining for loss of bowel control or constipation? If so, what are some tricks you recommend?

I have IBS-C and what can I eat so I don’t get stopped up in my intestines or colon also I have short gut syndrome I know cheese will do me more harm than good and I have to take some kind of medication to make my bowels move, thank you
I’m being taken that now and it works good for me it keeps me going and a regular base now
Doesn’t anyone else with IBS deal with mucus coming from the rectum? I don’t know what to do. Seems my doctor doesn’t either. Help!
I can relate. Doesn’t matter what I eat. And doesn’t happen right away. Happens the next day!
I suffer from IBS and unfortunately so does my 26 year old daughter and my 5 year old grandson.We find that food is the biggest trigger.. I was wondering if anyone has had an impacted bowel caused by the foods you have ate? Chinese food and dairy make me have diarrhea.
Have had colostomy with reversal several years ago. Also, several other stomach issues throughout my adult lifetime.
That seems to be when mine is worse. Also I get a pain right around my rib cage and it must be gas because I can take a gas pill and it leaves quickly
Just had the most painful poop ever... as I was sitting on the pot, I got some wicked spams in my legs and thighs. It stopped after I stood up and screamed in pain... what the hell was that?! My bowel movements were liquid... anyone else get those?? what the hell is that?
yes I have some of those. I have pain in my thighs, night sweats, back pain. what can I do to get read of the pain?
I don't know if I'm eating something that I shouldn't I followed the fodmaps and his best I can no wheat rye or barley very very little sugar once in a while Splenda even though they say no artificial sugar very little bread once or twice a week and that's gluten free and then I get this gas of an evening and I'm like three or four times into the bathroom to pass the gas cuz I'm not sure what's going to happen when I do a small amount of bowel movement just a little bit not diarrhea sometimes I… read more
