I used to take this pill but was told not to by my doctor. It causes the nerves in the intestines to flair up. I know it helps you go but I have ibsd and sometimes get constipated badly and when I'm constipated i hurt so bad that I don't need more pain with this drug that just causes more pain

My old GP diagnosed me 10 years ago with IBS but i never knew i should have seen a specialist until now. I'm just wondering how many more out there haven't seen a specialist

I was just wondering does anyone experience body aches and fatigue with IBS? Last night after I went to sleep I started having body aches and was like NO!! I can.t get sick... I did have a flare up yesterday and it when on all day and apparently through the night with the aches and then this morning too. I've been on a light diet since yesterday. Just curious if body aches is normal. I feel so sleepy and run down

It's come about over the last few months where my fingers are swollen and the joints sore mainly on my right hand. Also it seems to be affecting my shoulder and neck. For many years I've had lower back issues and sciatica.

I have had chronic constipation my whole life. Within the last 2yrs it has gotten worse. Most of the time it will last over a month with no production. Yeah... Go ahead and say it... I suffer from IBS and unfortunately so does my 26 year old daughter and my 5 year old grandson.We find that food is the biggest trigger.. I was wondering if anyone has had an impacted bowel caused by the foods you have ate? I've suffered on and off with tachycatdia. They doctors have noticed this when I've had surgery or a procedure that requires sedation. It doesn't always present on an ecg but has done on occasions. They did tell me which one it was but brain fog means I can't remember what they said. I get it quite a lot when I experience a pain or if my body is out of sync in some way. Dx IBS-D but have had weeks that I am constipated and then diarrhea for days. I can have weeks of normal GI going-ons as well. So wondering if this dx is correct or if something else could be going on. I was treated for diverticulitis (suspected) in February. Things were GREAT while I was on those meds.
