I do two things, Natural Calm (magnesium citrate) taken twice daily. Then I have been trying a new fiber called Pinch Magic fiber.. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, that is imperative!

So I have decided I am sick of the stomach pain, nausea, throwing up, and the other end issues. With no help from the dr’s. I finally am going to start giving up gluten and see if that helps eat a little better, and cleaner. More veggies that kind of stuff. Is there anything that others have tried that has helped, vitamins giving up certain things? Any help or incite would be very appreciated.. thank you

Keep a Food diary
Eliminate one food at a time. To see if that particular food was a trigger. For your symptoms
Reintroduce the foods. That are not triggers. Back into your diet Slowly.

My friend who is a nutritionist suggested Activated Charcoal and eliminate carbs and sugar for awhile. Her daughter has ulcerative colitis and goes to an alternative dr.

Yes, I even get shortness of breath sometimes after I eat. When I have my flare ups my pain is also in the center upper stomach under my breast area in the center.

I was just wondering does anyone experience body aches and fatigue with IBS? Last night after I went to sleep I started having body aches and was like NO!! I can.t get sick... I did have a flare up yesterday and it when on all day and apparently through the night with the aches and then this morning too. I've been on a light diet since yesterday. Tried them all! I only get cramping during the night. Only thing that helps is Valium to help me sleep thru pain. Never take Valium during day
