Can toxic thoughts and emotions cause digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel syndrome

I was just wondering does anyone experience body aches and fatigue with IBS? Last night after I went to sleep I started having body aches and was like NO!! I can.t get sick... I did have a flare up yesterday and it when on all day and apparently through the night with the aches and then this morning too. I've been on a light diet since yesterday. Just curious if body aches is normal. I feel so sleepy and run down

Has anyone done bowel retraining for loss of bowel control or constipation? If so, what are some tricks you recommend?

Doesn’t anyone else with IBS deal with mucus coming from the rectum? I don’t know what to do. Seems my doctor doesn’t either. Help!

It's come about over the last few months where my fingers are swollen and the joints sore mainly on my right hand. Also it seems to be affecting my shoulder and neck. For many years I've had lower back issues and sciatica.

I suffer from IBS and unfortunately so does my 26 year old daughter and my 5 year old grandson.We find that food is the biggest trigger.. I was wondering if anyone has had an impacted bowel caused by the foods you have ate? I have had it twice, both times had to be in hospital for hours filled with laxitives, and finally had to have an impaction done which was the worst thing in the world I have gone through and I have gone through a lot. I have IBS-C and what can I eat so I don’t get stopped up in my intestines or colon also I have short gut syndrome I know cheese will do me more harm than good and I have to take some kind of medication to make my bowels move, thank you
