Yes! Yes! Yes! Belly pain is mainly on the mid to lower right side of the belly area.......and butt area (oh soooooo bad!). And it takes 2 to 3 hours under a heating pad, laying down moaning....miserable! Sorry you get that too.
Do you have bad periods by any chance? Someone mentioned endometriosis...That's my theory. I have the same thing. My guess is that there's tissue build up somewhere and that when we need to have a bowel movement, pressure is being applied to that tissue which is hitting the nerve and making our thighs etc. hurt. I came up with this theory on my own and I wish I could have it validated. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I'm sorry to say that, I'm getting that same feeling every hour. I've been timing it and it's literally, once an hour. I have no idea if it's going to resolve itself and my biggest is that it will get worse since my uterus will continue to expand for pregnancy. I'm at a loss. βΉοΈ
It might be your ovaries or uterus if you have fibroids or cysts ...it can make you bloated, constipated since it is swollen and pushing on your rectal area...or the rectal pain can be a fissure or hemorrhoid...maybe try to get a pelvic scan to check your ovaries and uterus first
I do experience the same pain sometimes, so I was checked by my gynecologist and had ultrsound. Negative results and not able to get any suggestions.
Yup.....that's IBS for ya! Hang in there.....stress and certain foods can be triggers.....some have tried the fodmap diet.....hope today is a better day for you.
