Yes, my IBS D starts in the evening with excessive gas then progresses to diarrhea. I take 2 lomotil and it helps

I have Accident have woke me in the middle of the night. It's soiled me in my sleep and had me run to the toilet in a hurry for more other .accident.

Always, from 2 am to 4 am I'm in the bathroom. I eat an early supper around 430 pm, no snacks after. Doesn't help. Some days I barely eat, still doesn't matter. I think my bowels are now just programmed for this time! So I have learned to go to bed early so I can get up at 2 am. Plus my pain sets in at that time so what the heck...
