I have IBS-C also. I drink prune juice that I warm in the microwave, along with soluble fiber. The fiber has to be started in small amounts, and gradually increased. I started with 1/2 teaspoon morning at night. The fatigue can be debilitating, I have so many things I need to do, and don't have the energy to do them. Have you discussed your fatigue with your Dr.? In case you have something else going on. Prayers

What do you take for the diarrhea? Fatigue seems to be a problem for many of us. I see you are a new member, welcome. This is a great group for support and encouragement. Do you also have nausea?
