Gallbladder? Or Kidneys?

Question

I know this is for ibs but I have no idea where else to ask I have been in agonising pain, I was in hospital and sent home with suspected gallstones I have to wait two weeks for a scan I have already had a scan before but nothing showed, I keep having this pain under the breath area and in the middle of Upper abdo and then horrendous constant pain around my kidney area both sides to extrema my gallblader is tender to touch but I'm not convinced it's my gallbladder? The flank pain is the worst and hurts to move and sit and walk and I'm peeing all the time but bloods came back OK and as I said got to wait another week or two for a scan if is gallblader what eases pain and what should I not eat? I was just sent straight home like I was nothing 😭 I have random attacks maybe once a month but the gallbladder area is very painful but the dull constant ache in my kidney and sides are horrendous too? Thank u

It’s likely your gallbladder I had mini attacks before the big one—overly fatty meals, pasta set my big attack off, I had Gallstones blocking my bile duct ask for a ct
