I have had Migraines for years with IBS. I am well past menopause, but I used to get headaches right before my period would come. One weird thing I found that helps with headaches and a light migraine is Advil Cold & Sinus. You have to get it behind the Pharmacy counter because it contains Sudafed. It sounds odd but honestly it really does help with headaches. I also get very fatigued with IBS-D and with my migraines. This disease can be very challenging. Hugs and Prayers Paula!
