i have once on a day out not a lot it was the typical thought it was wind, but it had worried me ever since incase, but i always carry imodiom melts with me now and the are pretty instant xx

It’s awful I’ve got to where I wear a pad or something just in case. I hate it but better safe than sorry

Can help in the short term. But I'm finding it is giving me constipation over time.
