Oh yes. Sometimes I wonder where the heck it all comes from. And I can have eaten the same things that never cause it before. I can’t figure it out.

Yes totally normal. I use alot of GasX. I also stay away from foods that seem to give me more gas like anything even near high in fiber.. even healthy foods like broccoli. Onions definitely. Any fiber cereals. Docs will tell you to go on a high fiber diet but that is the worst thing to do... at least for me. Gotta watch what you're eating and what seems to bring on more gas than usual.

Alas, it goes with everything else! If it’s problematic, try avoiding gassy foods like broccoli, beans, cabbage, etc. Any brand of simethicone will miraculously help. I don’t know how…within a few minutes of chewing a couple of tablets, the other end quiets down.

Seems like you’re all gas but I take Charco caps and they seem to help with gas or heartburn
