I have essential tremors also! It makes everything a challenge.. sending comfort hugs❤️

I have days like that myself. IBS has been a major setback in my life. I am now 67 and have been diagnosed with Essential Tremor. This has caused changes to my IBS. The constant urge to go is one of them. Not every day but often enough.
