Has anyone tried Silver Fern motility for IBSC and does it work
Has anyone tried silverfern motility and/or their other products for constipation. If so has it helped?
It feels like a vicious cycle. I'm embarrased and stressed about the ibs, which then makes the ibs worse? Some affordable things to manage?
Does anyone have movement in their stomach that almost feels like a baby kick?
