Stress Aggravates My Gut. I Have Exercises To Do But Sometimes I Don't Feel Like Getting Out Of Bed.
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I drink probiotics to relieve some stomach problems. I also take Percocet to relieve pain. My primary doctor recommends I find a therapist to discuss my problems with. I've yet to find someone. Actually when I can talk to someone about my pain, it begins to dissipate. I am very unhappy with my body pains. No one understands my needs. Often when I follow an IBS diet I still react poorly with loose stools and cramps.

I finally am going to start giving up gluten and see if that helps eat a little better, and cleaner. More veggies that kind of stuff. Is there anything that others have tried that has helped, vitamins giving up certain things? Any help or incite would be very appreciated.. thank you
