Yes I tried it. Went to a hypnotherapist but actually don’t think it was worth it. There are lots of on line videos that you try. Much cheaper too. Best one is Michael Mahoney

was mistakenly put on it for another condition and it didn't work it worked great for the incontinence that I live with, but sadly couldn't tolerate the medication so was ultimately taken off of it.

Seems like you’re all gas but I take Charco caps and they seem to help with gas or heartburn
