A myIBSteam Member

Yes I have it and ended up having surgery for it. I was told to be very careful about eating nuts and anything that had little seeds on it.

Cumin water. Having a glass of cumin water is meant to freshens up your body and mind with the Arina of the jeera. It helps in curing bloating and constipation.

Question? Has Anyone Tried A Low Chemical Diet.
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I Feel My Bladder Is Now Effected By My IBS. ? Could That Be ?
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I am 67, had a hysterectomy at 26. My lower intestine were connected to my uterus and had to be cut away. I have had IBSD for 18 yrs and now feel like my bladder is being effected. Could that issue way back then cause me more issues with my IBS? Anyone have a similar situation.

A myIBSteam Member

I would definitely consult with a gynecologist and urologist for answers!

Stress Aggravates My Gut. I Have Exercises To Do But Sometimes I Don't Feel Like Getting Out Of Bed.
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

Actually when I can talk to someone about my pain, it begins to dissipate. I am very unhappy with my body pains. No one understands my needs. Often when I follow an IBS diet I still react poorly with loose stools and cramps.

A myIBSteam Member
