I take 3-4 Imodium every 3-4 days especially if I eat a target food.

Me too also my prescribed bentyl. Also put a pad on back towards my bum just in case take extra pads flushable wipes for accidents and Imodium pills I my purse at all times

I take ImodiumAD once the diarrhea hits and once it kicks in, I make 2days worth of rice and if I have some, I will add cheese to the rice and this helps me
