Poor you yes Iβve had the same thing. Cramps in my stomach driving me mad. Which in turn starts you worrying and then it stops the pain from going. I get a lot of anxiety and panicky feelings. Have you heard if the 333 help. Iβve tried it and it certainly takes your mind off it. Try it look around and say 3 things you see then say 3 things you hear, then move three parts of your body. I think itβs just takes your mind off you fretting. Good luck sweetheart lots of love Eve xxπ
I had cramps exactly where you are and almost went to the ER but didn't. It finally passed but it took forever. Feel better, soon!!
Youv can take more than 1 immodium, my Dr said
Unfortunately, IBS/IBD/ etc... is like a fire, unpredictable! I hope you are doing a lot better when you read this!
I'm taking Bentyl 3 times a day. I havr diarrhea problems. How can anyone get out and do anything when you go to the bathroom do much? It's discouraging.
Thanks yea i taken and immodium every day now when i have to leave the house it seems to of chilled out for me
Bentyl has helped me and i have chronic ibs d and c i take 40 milgrams 3 times a day but i have ro take many other meds to liness etc
Hang in there and the best advice i can give you is really educate yourself about IBS using forums such as this one, mayo clinic web site, web md. I keep a notebook where i jot questions that i want to ask my doctor about, articles that i found that intrest me, if having a bad spell i document what i ate to trigger a spell and i research doctors!
Stress is a big factor for me, it messes with my entire system, ibs-d, migraines, depression, anxiety amoung them! I have learned to advocate for myself with doctors. Take charge as much as you can!
Wishing you all the best in finding some answers!
