How Many Ibs Members Follow The Low Fodmap Diet And Is It Successful In Helping To Control Ibs Symptoms?
A myIBSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have been reading about the low fodmap diet and was wondering if it is truly successful in helping control flareups and symptoms. It looks like a complicated diet to follow. Any thoughts, suggestions and feedback is helpful

Sometimes nothing helps. I get frustrated because one day something agrees with me and not the next.
