I have been taking probiotics and digestive enzymes but nothing is working for me . Now trying gluten free diet .

Baking soda several times a day. It's cheap, safe, and works once you figure out how you need to take it.

Tried them all! I only get cramping during the night. Only thing that helps is Valium to help me sleep thru pain. Never take Valium during day

Peppermint tea in the morning or lunch eases gas and bloating, but it takes a few days before you notice results.

I often take Extra strength gasx for gas pain. But sometimes it causes more gas pain. GI doctor prescribed bentyl but it didn't work for me!
